This game is entirely on the FO and coaching. ZERO discipline and we're constantly putting rookies in key positions and expecting them to play like 5 year vets. FA exists for a reason

Discipline is on the players, and we are playing lots of rookies and youth. The penalties are annoying, but the coaches cannot do anything about players jumping offsides and holding.
