So hes not accurate enough to hit the sideline then? He didnt have to launch it down the field 30 yards he just needed to throw it out of bounds. He was outside the pocket

As someone that lives in the ravens broadcast market and sees a lot of their game, that was Lamar Jackson type play. He routinely would run the playclock down on 3rd and short with hard counts before snapping the ball
