Defense gets completely lost....

We go from having the lead at half to down 7. Couldn't have been a worse sequence

If Pickens catches that ball, Dallas likely marches down and scores another 7 before half and deflates the NY crowd.

Instead he drops it, Dak makes an inexplicably terribly decision on that pick, and the defense blows coverage 3 plays in a row. Bad as it gets, but only down 7 and definitely in this.

Still absolutely blows my mind the Cowboys drafted a safety. One of the least affecting positions on the field. I love Downs, but he’s a luxury this defense didn’t have. They desperately needed a real trench player or linebacker. Not settling for someone who will consistently be 15 yards from the play.

1. Giants look pretty disciplined as a team. Maybe it’s the Harbaugh effect.

2. Same old choppy Cowboys…. A couple good plays, followed by typical bone-headed plays that cost them. A couple drops by Pickens, a horrible throw by Dak, doing that spin.

WTH was that last sequence on defense???? Sorry..Locke didn't play one snap in the pre-season and it showed. He's completely lost out there. That 3 deep zone is crap.....Hell 2 of our safeties were 40-50 yards down field more than content letting people run wide open.

You have to remember Christian Parker has never called a defense in his life. Being in charge of Adjustments and scheme alterations midgame is completely foreign to him

Doesn’t mean he’s bad, but It will take time. Nobody is an expert day 1

You KNOW Dart is going to bootleg at least 4 to 5 times each game, so you HAVE to stay home. They weren't even in the screen. Just free yards, simply because of a play call.

On the flipside, so many of the Cowboys offensive yards are HARD yards. RBs have to fight and fall forward to even get 3 yards. CD can't get open???? Pickens can't catch??? This is ridiculous. It looks like they barely practiced and simply came into this game unprepared.

So, then I don't trust the coaching staff either.

No trust in this team, which is no different than the last decade. They have to EARN my trust, and they have done little of that in this game...just like they did little of that last year.

F the pundits, we trust our EYES. Not what's on the paper.

Just the same Cowboys team. Another terrible defense, more sloppy play with lots of penalties, blown coverages... We need a real coach like the Giants have. It's been over 30 years and I've got one foot out the door. I think I lose a little bit more enthusiasm each year.
