Here’s what the eagles GM Howie Rosen gets that ours NEVER has: You don’t have to have a QB that carries you IF you surround them with a great OL and a good running game.

The eagles also have an incredibly good OL and DL. They have a dominant set of guys in the trenches. We don’t.

If you don't have an elite qb thats the way you build a team. Jerry believes if you pay a qb a certain amount it makes them elite and he should be able to carry the team.

They've built their OL on mainly 2nd and 3rd round picks. Lane Johnson is the only current first round guy and he's close to retirement.
