I’m not surprised by the outcome; what shocks me more is that this team and its players seem to lack fight, anger, and motivation. It says a lot about a team that allows others to push them around without standing up for themselves. There’s no way to fix this team in one, two, or even three years. With so many one-year signings, it’s difficult to build a core of players without drastically changing the roster each year. Additionally, the team reflects the personality of the head coach, and this head coach shows no fight in him. He is a terribly weak coach who doesn’t inspire his players, innovate, or effectively utilize his personnel. He is just another retread coach who has not worked out!
