Jason Garrett

Head Coach
Jason Garrett was named the eighth head coach in Dallas Cowboys history on January 5, 2011. Garrett, who played for or worked alongside five of his predecessors, became the first former Dallas Cowboys player to become the team’s head coach. In four and a half years as head coach, Garrett owns a 42-32 overall record, including playoffs.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Jerry Jones, Jr. is a key member of the Dallas Cowboys front office, overseeing the club’s entire sales and marketing efforts. Jones was instrumental in the design and planning of AT&T Stadium, viewed as one of the world’s truly unique sports and entertainment venues as well as the team’s new state-of-the-art training complex set to open in Frisco in 2016.

Lionel Vital will assume the title of senior personnel executive with the Cowboys

and report directly to Will McClay, the team's senior director of college/pro personnel.

It's interesting that they seemed to have excluded last year's results from Jason's record, almost as if it never happened.
