Dallas Cowboys history versus AFC East
Best Game/Worst Game IMHO

New England Patriots
Regular Season Best Game – There were two overtime games with the Patriots in the 1980s but the one that stands out to me was the game in 1987. Herschel Walker won it with a 60-yard TD run.
Regular Season Worst Game – I have to go with the game in 2003. Dallas had a good 7-2 record but New England shut us out. It was a disappointing game.

Buffalo Bills
Post-season Best Game – Super Bowl 27
Regular Season Best Game – Not much to choose from here. I personally enjoyed the 1981 Dallas victory.
Regular Season Worst Game – The 1984 game. Dallas lost to a 0-11 Bills team that would go on to finish 2-14 on the year.

New York Jets
Regular Season Best Game – Not much to choose from.
Regular Season Worst Game – The 1990 loss which dropped Dallas to 3-6 and was a sloppy game for the Cowboys.

Miami Dolphins
Post-season – Super Bowl 6
Regular Season Best Game – 1981 was a great game when Dallas came back from 13 points down to win. The 1996 game is a favorite to many because it was the triplets playing against their old coach.
Regular Season Worst Game – The 1984 game when Marino knocked Dallas out of the playoff hunt with two quick touchdown passes at the end of the game.

One of my all time favorite regular season games was the Cowboys 52-10 blowout of the Jets in late 1971. Everything and everybody worked perfectly for the Cowboys on that day.

They still had Troy and Emmitt, but really could not get it going. The Patriots that season finished 8-8 and weren't that great. Come on they had Drew Bledsoe at QB.
