Chad Hennings beat his ******* ***, ragdolled him like a *****, and hung him out of a window by his ankles. As Haley hung upside down, Hennings told him if he kept his bull**** up, Hennings would do it again but would drop him on his useless head the next time.

Hennings never had any trouble from the piece of **** after that.

Oh yeah.

People that can't fight Charles off have to listen to all his crazy ****. Chad Hennings was a pretty tough DLineman for Dallas. Charles was always all over his ***. Like I said, Charles is quick and crafty, but he's not the toughest thing going. Henning took it for a good while and then snapped. He's bigger and way stronger, and an All State wrestler (Iowa, now) wrestler to boot. Charles couldn't hang.

Hennings beat Charles *** and then (as the story goes) dragged Haley to a window and hung him out by his ankles. He dangled him and informed him if he kept it up, he'd do it again and drop him on his ******* head. They were cool after all that ****.

Randy White almost killed Charles Haley from the accounts that I've heard. Here is one brief account:

"The controversial but popular book, "Boys will be Boys" by Jeff Pearlman, relates a story about Charles Haley, a locker room bully, riding his Harley into Randy White's restaurant. White asked Haley to get the bike out of the restaurant, Haley swung and Randy White clocked the inebriated Haley, knocking him unconscious."

Also, Manster made Hollwood Henderson regret opening his mouth:

"Hollywood Henderson told the story about picking a fight with Randy White in the locker room. Drew Pearson added some commentary about that incident and Pearson too was laughing as he recalled Henderson getting in Randy White's face. Pearson's comment was something similar to, - ‘I knew Hollywood was crazy when he picked a fight with Randy White, probably the toughest guy in the league.' White threw the linebacker to the floor and pounced on him. In the same video, Henderson stated that he felt lucky Randy White didn't kill him."

Do we have a Chad Hennings on this team? Probably not a bad idea to reserve a spot on the bottom of the roster for ex military guys to police the locker room.

They are called the 'big ugglies,' or the current offensive line.

Irvings looming suspension all but guarnatees he's on the roster for the first month. Up to him if he sticks after that

You know that statement has got me thinking. Has any FA player who has signed a multi year deal, been cut by a team before the first year is even completed?

Wouldn't that sway some future FA's from signing.

Wow didn't realize he is only 24.

I do like what we are doing since we don't have a true "war daddy" pass rusher. We have a collection of talented guys that have never made big NFL money so they are all hungry to cash in.

Better that then having one good pass rusher that may get you 10 sacks but he makes too much money to take off the field.
Talent wise, Damontre is a "war daddy". Can he get and keep his head together is the question.

I remember him @ Texas A&M...And I thought he really flashed then...Then he dropped in the draft....people soured on him because he came off as really immature. And really...he probably was. Hopefully he has grown up...and his best football is ahead. Just hitting his prime...so there is quite a bit of upside still.

I didn't know anything about that, could you point me in the right direction to read that, friend?

I remember Madden talking about Hennings on t.v. saying how they probably had to shoehorn him into the titanium armored cockpit of that A-10 Thunderbolt/warthog that he used to fly before pro football.

A retired Bob Lily once punched out Charles Haley after Haley drove a Harley into his restaurant. Doesn't quite count as in-team since Lily was retired, but I love that story.

Chad Hennings also punched out Haley when they were teammates, during a team meeting.

I don't know about under the radar, most of us were pretty bummed the Giants drafted him.

He's underwhelmed because he's been an idiot, but it was pretty clear that from a talent perspective he's probably one of the best we have.

It honestly wouldn't surprise me if he started, *if* he got his act together, which is a big if. It also wouldn't surprise me if he was cut completely.

4 years is a long time when you're talking early 20s. Let's hope he's grown up enough to at least fit in.

4 year journeyman being hyped up by Broaddus again. We heard the same thing about Mayowa and he proved to be exactly what he's been in the league before coming here.

(Another straight-up/no-shi* melonfeudian yarn from the archives of misdirected energies)

That's hilarious ONLY in the sense that I've got an older friend whose a 'okie' creek Indian,, drink/fight/blah,blah,blah known him for better part of my life and have personally laid him up in the V.A. b-4 cuz' ,,,well ,,he's an idiot!( when alcohol is infused)
Anyway, my bro is flying back from San Francisco (his wife's family is over there) and he's seated next to none other than the " Hollywood Henderson " himself heading to phoenix!
Now, my bro was a 49ers fan/ navy swabbie, too!(now you understand as to the why of the whole "sent him to the V.A.") BUT ,,,he came back all excited and immensely more humbled after having met #56(I believe ?)
He called me up and I had to come over and see his autographed black-and-white photograph of Thomas Hollywood Henderson!
he taunted me with it in glee! Said they had a good deep talk on the flight back together, tom admitting heavy coke usage/ his highlight T.D./ New found re-dedication to Jesus Christ in his life AND flashing that SUPERBOWL RING!
(This prolly was around " 94-96" )

I'd like nothing better than to see Damontre Moore find great success as a pass rusher this year. Lord knows, this team needs someone to succeed and it might as well be him as anyone else. I'm sure he's aware that this might be his last chance to resurrect a career that hasn't been nearly as successful as his college history might indicate it should be. Let's just hope he finds himself sacking QBs with a vengeance in 2017.

I thought that was Randy White who punched out Haley for riding into his restaurant. I could be wrong though.

Eh, yeah. But he'll be able to play that Jack Crawford role along with Tapper. No reason to be too high or too low on him when that's what he his. Good signing for the vet minimum for a couple of years.

I kinda hinted for a 'link' to check it out,,,,now you question memory?,,, maybe some things ought to just be left where they fell, huh?
But it's obvious that Charles Hayley was crazier than a 'shi* house rat',,,:lmao:

Oh I agree. We have a couple guys that have that type of talent that just need to put it all together.

By war daddy, I mean a player that is established and his investment dictates that he doesn't leave the field. A few years ago Hardy was our "war daddy"....he hardly left the field despite the fact that statistically, he was just average and may have been better suited rotating out more. Now we have a collection of guys hungry for their big contract and nobody is guaranteed anything. If you don't give it 100% in practice, Marinelli will not be afraid to use deactivation as motivation...it worked perfectly for Mayowa last season.
