Fun thread

Exchange Sylvester Williams for Lacy and Tavon for Hopkins.
In fact, you could add many others ahead of those two as well.

I haven't seen that the Dallas Cowboys have expressed interest in him. Maybe I missed a visit along the way.

They were at his pro day.

Here are players at 18 I've seen mocked to us in the last week.
Warmack, Cooper, Richardson, Fluker, S Williams, Vaccaro, Watson, Mingo, Werner.

All of the way ahead of those Hopkins and any RB, imo.
Plus, bringing a player in to kick the tires ehlps, but is not a required.

No big deal. I just think taking either of those players ..at 18...is very far fetched. And yes, I saw the Huddle report tweet on Lacy.

Anyway, given you list, at least right now I'd go with

Cooper
Short
Swearinger

Great tool. Thanks.

Ready for my bold prediction of this draft? I am not an Aggie fan or anything like that, but based on watching the tape, if Ryan Swope can stay healthy and avoid concussions he is the next Randall Cobb. If he is there in the 3rd or 4th round, I will go crazy if Dallas' passes on him.

Some of those would make me Puke if drafted. That would make me a Puker.

Others just stink and would make me say Pugh-wee.

I really like Swope too, think he's a steal in the 3rd if he lasts to there for whoever takes him.

and musta missed where Cowboy's have shown interest in Barkley

That would be a solid draft. All 3 look like legit NFL starters who fill positions of need.

I prefer other players in each round but would be content/pretty happy with that haul in the first 3 rounds.

:laugh2: So today I decided to go watch Pugh because I remember how much you hated him. He is definitely not a LT or a RT for that matter. I don't love him that much either at Guard. I would rather have Schewenkie from Cal over him.

I'm sure the Cowboys organization has more tape and inside knowledge on Barkley than any other team in this league since Monte was the DC at USC and is now with.

Furthermore, Monte's son was Barkley's head coach.

We'll basically know what we want to know about that whole USC squad coming into this draft.

They met with him at his pro day.

It is good to get a response from somebody that took the time to review the game footage of the player.

I wouldn't say that I hate Pugh, but I would hate to draft him in the 2nd round. I just don't see the difference between Pugh and Kevin Kowalski who was a UDFA. They are both undersized players with excellent foot speed and both have shorter than ideal arm length (31.5").

The draft analysts rave about Pugh's quickness; however, Schwenke has better measured quickness/agility, is much stronger and plays with much more power. I can't see how Pugh can possibly be rated ahead of Schwenke.

Give me (Cooper/Warmack/Richardson), Jessee Williams, and (Chris Faulk/Barrett Jones). Big Uglies in the first 3 rounds.
