Dallas Cowboys requested shoulder check on Jameis Winston

INDIANAPOLIS -- The NFL club that requested an electromyography be performed on former Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston's throwing shoulder at the NFL Scouting Combine was the Dallas Cowboys, and the results of the exam showed no issue, according to NFL Media's Albert Breer.

Winston threw impressively at the combine on Saturday and insisted in his media interview that he felt fine.

Winston wont be a Cowboy, but what I take from this is that they are looking harder at QBs than they are letting on.

i guess if winston falls out the top ten or 15 than we will try to move up and make a play for him? or just doing there homework incase of a big drop like aaron rodgers or johnny football. A just incase measure. I like it. Shows we are doing our homework and weighing all options.

Could it be a "favor" froma team that wants Winston but does not want it to be know they want Winston, a little quid pro quo.
