Cowboys fans can puff up about their team's importance once they actually matter again in January.

It's one title that hasn't really got anything to do with winning we're simply, far and away, the most popular team in the league.

Puffing has nothing to do with it. It's just a fact.

The ticket sales at Cowboys games all across the country speaks for itself and judging by the Cowboys primetime scheduling, it seems the NFL has noticed. America loves or loves to hate the Cowboys.

The fact that we've won 2 playoff games since our SB years and we are still the highest rated team should tell everyone that we are America's Team. Lets see what happens after Brady retires and the Patriots go 20 years like that.

The America's Team title has never been something I cared about. In his book, Roger Staubach talks about how he never liked that. The titles I care about are NFC East champ, NFC Champs, and Super Bowl champs. I'm also annoyed by how fans of other teams get mad and say the Cowboys are arrogant for supposedly proclaiming themselves as America's Team when in reality that title was made up by the journalists who created NFL videos.

"America team" has no bearing on how well the front office runs operations, drafts, fa signing. Which btw is only thing I care about. The American team or not A team is something non cowboy fans want to debate which makes it useless use of time.

Jerry Jones should auction off the name "America's Team" to the other 31 teams and give it to the highest bidder.
