Teams been mediocre for 16 years, I keep expectations very low.

Cowboys really has organization problem. The team never change from coach to coach. The constant thing in Dallas is the organization.

I know most will not agree with me. There is no need to sign Romo long term. This team will be bad for the rest of his career. They need more than a QB. Save the money for multiple players.
