Don't know which direction it bounced but he did spike it, I was just waiting for the flag!

He didn't spike it.

He cradled it and was trying to make the move with his right arm in the direction of a first down and the ball slipped out and went about a foot from his feet.

It's not intentional grounding. There was a receiver in the area and clearly he was making a desperate attempt to get him the football. That's not intentional grounding.

Now whether the ball was coming out before he passed, I don't know. It's either a fumble or incomplete.
