CLB up over DAL, 21-14, currently in the 1st qtr but it's only a matter of time before the Desperadoes open things up and blow the Destroyers out of the water. Columbus got extremely lucky when their OL recovered that fumble on Columbus' third drive of the game.

Check that - Dallas scored again to tie it all up at 21 apiece. Great game so far...

Because when you stop thinking God is on your side, then you tend to lose faith in god, which leads to many bad things.

I love the "fire and brimstone" tactics that headcoach Will McClay uses when talking to his players throughout the game. It's easy to understand why he was voted coach-of-the-year back in 2006 (and probably should have won in 2007).

Wow, talk about more lucky break(s) Columbus just got on two consecutive kick-offs to start the 2nd half. Dallas was up by 10 and now suddenly their down by 4 in the span of 30 seconds. Unbelieveable!:bang2: :bang2:

Amen to that. With the way that the ball has bounced in favor of Columbus to start the 2nd half, it's virtually impossible to counter against it and explains why a truly underdog team like the Destroyers could actually beat a superior team like Dallas.

I'm starting to get this horrible feeling that this a cursed year for sports teams from the city of Dallas.

I'm guessing that you are including the Mavwrecks with that statement. They were not the best team in the state of Texas let alone the western conference. I wasn't surprised at all when they lost.

to tell you the truth, in that NBA braket thing, i picked them to lose in 6. I told everyone that GS was gonna smack Dallas around.

But of course i also picked Cleavland to win it all. But can't always be right.
