Dallas Draft Position??

CBS presently has Dallas picking 18th with their 8-7 record, with New Orleans and Pittsburgh just ahead of them. Decent chance both these teams win their final game for a 8-8 record. My question is if Dallas finishes with a 8-8 record would Dallas leap frog either or both of these teams in Draft Position? Anyone know, thanks?
