on the current roster. When team has one player that can make a difference in a game. Seahawks have Alexander, Colts has Harrison, Deadskins has Portis,
Chargers has LT, who do have that can break a close game open?

Julius Jones.

Torrin Tucker made a ton of plays for the Skins too.

Ware................
Get used to it, Ware had a solid rookie season, the offseason he will just get better, next year he will be a huge playmaker.
I hope he works on catching this offseason, therefore he can rush the passer and intercept passes!!!!!!!!!!
Thats like double trouble!!!!!!!!!1

Ware is good and will be great. But, I was more talking about offense players that can score TD when the game is on the line. IE..V. Young.

julius jones and T Glenn were playmakers but inconsistent. JJ is suppoesd to be our playmaker but he gets injured way too often.

:lmao2: too bad it's true...:bang2:

oh yeah, and Terry Glenn is a playmaker. He was instrumental in defeating the Eagles, both times(second time he scored our second TD). He turned the Chiefs game around, etc.

What you are saying is something I mentioned a while back. We don't have a player that we can build the offense around. Julius just hasn't been on the field enough or consistent enough to say he can be the guy.

We are still paying for the stupid Galloway trade.
Seattle took Shaun Alexander with our pick. I watched Alexander for 4 years at Bama and just knew he would be the perfect replacement for Emmitt. In fact, I told a lot of people I know, (when Alexander was in the draft), that Alexander in college reminded me so much of Emmitt with his uncanny ability to just get the football in the endzone. Sure enough he breaks the TD record this year. He should have been ours and he would have been the centerpiece of our offense for 10 years.

So the big draft every Cowboy player was talking up for months is now a bust?

An outside linebacker with 8 sacks and NO inside move to the QB?

If thats our playmaker we are in trouble!

Im not knocking the kid, I have high hopes for him as a pass rusher but he's got a long way to go before I call him a game changing playmaker.

Fix Oline and you have playmakers in JJ, Glenn and Witten.

Need to draft a speed WR this year.

I agree with you to a certain extent. I believe we should bring in TO. He could be that guy. I'd like Jones/Barber and Glenn/Johnson/Crayton/Witten alot better if we had TO to take up alot of the opposing defenses attention.

Of course it won't be enough if we don't improve the offensive line. I'm talking two FA's and two Picks.

Newman I believe to be a playmaker...
Anyone see his punt returns...
Also I think we have a possible big time playmaker returning kicks....

Roy Williams also a playmaker unless caused fumbles and caused alligator arms dont count.....
