They don't, the organization is broken from the top down. All teams have talent, Jimmy said it best, these players think they arrived just because they're playing for the Cowboys. You have Jerry making business deals with players, they tell the players you're bigger here because you play for the Cowboys. There's only a few players that have talent that also have that hunger. The organization is broke
