Vegas is 0-9-1 betting the spread with DAL this year.

yeah I read dallas keeps beating the spread, and people keep taking dallas, that is why they are -7 this week, they
want some people to take the points and skins/

Growing up we had a neighbor who was such a compulsively ill gambler that he literally stole money from his kid's piggy banks. The thrill of the bet was bigger than the thrill of having a family, I suppose. Lots of guys lose everything.

I enjoy my money too much to give it away, but whatever...each to their own.

It's a free country...I just hope those who gamble do it with sense...and those that get addicted get some help.

yeah it isnt good to be a addict, I dont gamble except occasionally.
I have know several people who were addicted to the scratch off cards they sell, if they win they just buy more till they lose it all lol.

my thought on this is bet on 4 teams for say $100 each and if one hits, you come out ahead.

Is it possible? Yeah. But that spread is just insanity. Two of the best teams in the NFC and a division game. Are they thinking Cowboys homers are really going to push the envelope that much? I love my boys but I also know a crazy spread when I see one. Kind of like the NE/Seattle spread when they had NE -8.

I'm probably going to tease that spread

These are good times. No sky high expectations yet there is the excitement of beginnings.
Yes we do have the expectation of the Division but not after that.
We have a good run up ahead of us and with this young team we'll only get better, seems reasonable.

I knew a guy who bet on SF one year and they wound up getting there and losing, but he had bet a thousand, and had like15-1 odds.

Yeah i know. But they priced a few guys I know out of betting on that game with that ridiculous line, which kinda goes against the whole point. Maybe they were trying to act action on Wash to move line, then Dallas homers come flooding in. But I know several guys who have bet Dallas against the spread multiple times this year (vegas/books have been 0-9 ATS with Dallas this year), and everyone's just looking at this line like, "what?"

Odds wise, Dallas is slightly favored in this game, but they could lose. Commanders are probably the 3rd best team in the NFC outside of Dallas/Seattle right now. Last 6 weeks they beat Balt, Philly, and Minnesota. Then just a few days ago they plaster GB.

Maybe they got tired of losing ATS and just said screw it this week. But i'd imagine there's hardly any action on that game, if anything, it's probably going to Wash. Haha, I have no idea what they're thinking.

That could be what they want no action, or people taking skins, dallas could beat that spread too,.
