Don't buy into the stats. We're 2-1 ... should have been 3-0, could have been 0-3.

We have a tough game coming up. Oakland will test our metal.

No predictions from me ... other than it's going to be another wild one.

Exactly! One game at a time. See how our O is when we play a team like the Pheagles.

Commanders tied for third worst with 11.5 points per game.:lmao:

Unfortunately, they are the reason we are 2-1 and not 3-0.

I dont think Bledsoe is getting enough credit. Hes making throws we havent seen for about 6 years, and is shutting up a lot of people. Cant wait til we get the run blocking going.

And then our only real hole (beside K) would be FS, and theres a few in next years draft.

Purely hypotchetically, would you guys give up a 1st round pick for Viniateri?

No, but I'd give up an extra million for Steve Hoffman.

Good point. Still dont see the logic behind that one.

We have like 10 million in dead moeny in Dat Dude and Hutch, but all of the sudden 1 mill is too much.

If we still had him maybe were 3-0

Why not buy the stats? They are what they are. The offense has been better than some expected and we're 2-1. I can live with two picks every three games too. I'm often guilty of seeing the glass as half full though.;)

You don't buy into the stats at this point because remember over a strech of games anything can happen in this league. At one point in 03 Quincy looked really good. I'm not saying we are going to see a precipitous drop off like that, but realize we could easily trend downward a little bit and it shouldn't be a surprise.

Thats top 10 in scoring! Yes - 25 points a game we are putting up!!!! 8 Points a game more than we have averaged past few years.

Bledsoe #3 in NFL in passer rating.

And on pace for 4500 yards and 32 TD passes. The statue is alive!
And he ran 1 in! easily

Before you get carried away, look at Bledsoe's game logs from last year. He helped route the 9'ers ; this team is not as good as Buffalo last year, so we squeak by. But look at Bledsoe against the good defenses from last year, he was just awful. We won a shootout yesterday with a bad football team that did more to beat itself than we did. The Eagles beat them 42-3. I think that tells you where we are.

Bledsoe is getting all day to throw. He'll shut me up when he beats the Eagles or Carolina, team's with a quality defense. Beating teams with the 31st and 32nd defense doesn't impress me one bit. We've qb's who did the same last year and the year before.

Buffalo has a terrible offensive line look what happened to Losman against Tampa Bay. Bledsoe has time and will continue to pick teams apart. Comparing last years Blesdoe to this years is silly.

Bledose could have both of his feet cut-off, and he still be a better quarterback than your precious, man-crush Quincy.

When are you going to accept the fact that you support one of the worst quarterbacks in NFL history? When are you going to quit pouting and arguing against Bledsoe merely because your boy failed here (and UGA and Jets)?

Yeah, you're right, we shouldn't drop off offensively too much like in '03, but Quincy didn't have a Julius Jones or a Keyshawn to help out, plus he had to face in the second half of the season, the Bills defense, the Pats, the Dolphins, and the Panthers defenses, all top notch defensive teams.

And JJ has yet to go off. There is still upside to this offense.

I can see this team putting up 30 points a game.

Bledsoe on pace for a 4500 yard season - I believe that woulkd be his 5th?
JJ and Bledsoe going we win a lot.

Niners defense is bad. I wouldnt say its the worst, but its close.
Commanders are top 10, SD is top 15 IMO.

The offense has a lot of potential. Play calling needs to improve greatly. Our 3-4 defense is whats going to lose us games. We can't win a shootout every week.
