We're not as good as the Vikings, and the Giants are better than the Commanders, but it's a similar kind of situation. Safe to project a Cowboys win, risky to project a blowout, because those rarely happen in the NFL.

Exactly. That would likely be 10.5 at home. Against a division team that's a ton. I would have expected less actually considering Barkley is back. But they probably drove this up to get the New York bets in.

Of course not. I watched Jones last week and he was sharp. Almost every pass was spot on, and given our issues with the run game, Barkley scares me as well. I hope I am wrong, but I think this game will be competitive. I fear we could see the Cowboys be out-coached again.

I'm not saying you were wrong about our defense, but at this point with the amount of nice players we have it seems more often than not the number one offending issue with our team is coaching 1st, scheme 2nd, players 3rd.

Giants are the 28th ranked defense overall and 26th against the pass. Being the 3rd best Deep Ball thrower in the NFL ,Rayne Dakota should be able to feast against this putrid defense...…..but if he doesn't, we always have that ace in the hole to play; " Its a Divisional Game, Dude".

We should be able to hang 35 on these Bozos even if Barkley gets his 150 rushing yards

Dating back to last season the Cowboys are 2-7 on the road. They haven’t been very good after bye weeks. They came back flat and uninspired against Tennessee last season after a bye. The Giants are better than the Jets. Barkley is better than any player the Jets have. It took 7 games for our defense to finally play the way many thought it would play this season. I don’t trust this team or this defense. If we don’t show up ready to play on Monday night we’ll get beat. We played like Philly was our Super Bowl a couple of weeks ago. We’ll see how inspired we are against a bad team we already beat and let’s not forget we had to come from behind the last time we played the Giants.

The Cowboys played their absolute worst game of the season against the hapless Jets then turned around and played their absolute best game of the season against Philly the following week. That tells you what the Cowboys are about. It tells me they’re not going to sniff a Super Bowl this season if they even make the playoffs. They show up when they feel like showing up, when their backs are against the wall. We saw the same thing last season. They started turning it on after the disappointing loss to Tennessee then shut it right back down again after they dug themselves out of a hole when they faced the Colts.

This is an inconsistent team especially the defense. Championship teams don’t just flip the switch on and off. The Pats didn’t flip the switch off when they played the Jets they mowed them down. This is why New England is in contention every season. There’s a reason the Cowboys haven’t gotten past the second round of the playoffs in 25 years. They’re up and down, you don’t know what team you’re going to get from one week to the next. We have three days to find out what Cowboys team shows up on Monday night.
