This statement sounds smart but actually idiotic.

The problem is NFL Owners have a history of picking from a fixed pool of coaches, even after they been fired sometimes after multiple opportunities.

Weak sauce....sounds good but when you pull back the cover of a simple minds you'd know Belichick was not retread.

Belichick was a 39 year old 1st time Head Coach with Browns.

After team left Belichick spend 9 years working his way up and around the rank until he got the Patriots job at 48 years old.

Patricia and Shwartz should go bury there heads somewhere else and hopefully reinvent themselves.

There is enough talent 1st time Coordinator talent level in the NFL and collegiate not to have to retread these guys...they should go coach positionals for couple years
