Our offense is so…..soft. Bring in King Henry and pair him up with Pollard. Go after the conference and form an identity on offense. It’s the one thing preventing you from moving forward

Jerry has a mindset where you play the guys he's paid, no matter what. More effective, lesser-paid guys may well ride the bench, without regard for results on the field. Last thing a "financial genius" does is admit he's made a bad investment.

The RB position is obviously a cause of concern in DAL. Personally, I'd like to see Dowdle get more carries. Pollard's always seemed to perform better as a "change of pace" back.
