I think he is using NFL.com for the stats, but they have Dallas as #3 in total offense instead of #2.

That's a heck of an improvement on defense when our losses (Ware, Hatcher, Lee, Clayborne) seem much more significant than the additions (Mincy, McClain, McClain, Moore), not to mention Bruce Carter's injury.

There for a while I thought we were going to be playing special teams guys at LB. The mindset and style and confidence have all changed. Changing the culture is harder than changing the players; as Jerry starts focusing on the DL, this is going to really be interesting. Between free agency and the draft, I think we will see at least 2 new starters in the DL rotation next season.

Youre going by overall yrds. And they are lower because they havent had a bye. Go to yrds per game and they are 15. I used espn too. And espn has them at 20 not 22 in total yrds. Opps they have them at 14th in yrds per game. Couldve sworn it was 15th lol

What I like about those offensive stats is that they are sustainable (Barring injuries of course). None of those stats seem to be out of character or flukish for this team.

Defense - I really don't know at this point of they can keep it up.
