No kidding. I really hope the Rangers can pull this off because if they don't, all we'll have to focus on is the Cowboys, who well on their way into a death spiral, and a Mavericks team that is just getting older.

This is probably going to come out weird, but the Cowboys are the only Dallas sports team I like. I root for the rest of them to fail because I want the Dallas sports fanbase to become more bitter and demanding. The less Dallas fans are content with being mediocre (or worse), the more likely they will demand change and it will effect the Cowboys for the better.

We've all been bitter and mediocre for awhile now, now you have Mark Cuban saying that the current mav team can compete with the lakers.

Cuban and Jones are just settling for good enough right now. That's why no superstar was brought in for the mavs and that's why Wade wasn't fired as the HC.
