Everything has led up to this. We have played well enough to put ourselves into contention for the playoffs— but this is the game we have to have.

We are at home, rested, healthier, and on a big win streak. Philly is desperate, proud, and doing anything they can to get back into the fight.

The Philly offense is really built around two things: Zach Ertz and an excellent screen game.

They sprinkle in some throws to Tate and use Jefferey as a possession WR and red zone threat— but their bread and butter is Ertz and screens.

Ertz killed us last game. Can we stop him? Can we get consistent pressure on Wentz? The Philly offense is not NO— but they are dangerous when they are clicking. We must match their intensity for 60 mins and continue covering and tackling the way we have been to win this one.

Looking at their defense...Their front 7 is really good. We are giving up a bunch of sacks. Their weakness is their secondary— but if they bring heavy pressure— will Dak get rid of the ball fast enough to hurt them?

Can we get enough push to give Zeke consistent space to operate? They will be very aggressive— and we have to have great playcalling in order to use that aggressiveness against them.

A contender wins this game. Somehow, some way— we must find the will to win this one and end the Eagles season.

Their tears will be so sweet

Great position to be in. I figured the team would be 8-8 and playoff contenders late in the season, but I didn't expect them to control their own destiny. Good job, Cowboys. Now, go get'er done!!!

Philly’s O line sucks and they are still very banged up, I truly think we win by more points than game 1. Even if we lose, their schedule is worse than ours and I’m confident we would win mkre games than them.

Not worried about the results of this game in the slightest. Worst case scenario, they beat us (won’t happen) and then we have to beat the 6-6 Colts, Bucs and/or Giants. The Eagles have the Rams, Texans and Commanders.

I like our chances much more if they pull off some sort of miracle and beat us.

Philly played sloppy football and had to will their way to 4th quarter wins against NYG and a Washington team standing on one leg.

As DLaw so eloquently put it, I can't wait to "punch em in they mouth."

Did D Law say that about this game against the Eagles? If so--

The pressure is still on the egals. They don't want to be a defending SB champ who doesn't make the playoffs. I think we win by 10. Is Smith going to be back...we need him healthy.

You want me to believe Jason Garrett is a really good coach?

Then these are the games he has to win. Home game, long rest, Eagles a bit hobbled on defense, division/playoffs on the line, etc.

There's no excuse for not coming out and beating this Eagles team Sunday. What I don't want to see is if we lose, the homers all coming out and saying it's no big deal, we will still win the division because the Eagles have the Rams and Texans left, blah, blah, blah.

We control our destiny. I don't want to be in a situation where we then need help to win the division.

I am worried about this game. Birds backs are to the wall this time. They are figuring out how to use Tate and Sproles is back.

Seems like all of the NFC east is playing for their playoff lives because the division is weak and the standings are close.

We should beat the Eagles because we are better than them. Why, I don't know. Our D has come into it's own which helps out a lot. If Dak can't hold on to the ball, we are going to be in trouble.

Oline is the key. Philly still has a good D.

This is an extremely important game. If we can't dominate teams that we are capable of dominating, then we aren't going any where this year.

If you remember our Superbowl runs, things clicked...and they kept clicking. You completed that one extra pass that sealed the other team's fate. You made that amazing first down. Your QB stepped up and did just a little better each game. People, like LVE, seemed to blossom and do things you didn't know they could.

That growth started a few weeks ago. Now you are in control of your own destiny. If you don't seize that, someone else will.

Philly is more banged up in the secondary than almost every team in the league and our OL bullied them the last time we played, with Zeke racking up 150+ yards just in rushing.

You better believe Jim Schwartz is gonna plan around stopping #21, which is why getting Tyron Smith back is essential.

I think we will get this win.
we'll need the O-line to hold up against their rush and as long as we can limit Ertz and Tate we should be ok.

Now to the offense, feed Zeke, hold on to the ball and don't take sacks.

My Predictions:
Cowboys finish 11-5
Division winners
3rd Seed in playoffs
Dak will win first game of playoffs
TBD
