We’re not going to come close to leading the league in points this season. After the first three games we’ve scored half the points we scored last season at this time. Dak would have to return to form for us to get back to scoring like we did last season.

Don't disagree with that. I was really thinking about the first half of the season. Dak was in the MVP conversation if everyone remembers. That New England game injury really changed the team

He started off in 2019 the same pace, Then went through his annual implosion. It’s difficult for any team to continue to average over 5 YPC from both RBs the whole season. When the RG normalized, Dak looked like the typical mediocre passing QB he was.

Scoring over 100 points against scrub Commander and JV scrub Eagles team to close the season, while looking like bums against any semblance of a team with a defense, is not really impressive..

I love when cowboys fans discredit us by trying to remove positives while pretending we are the only team in the league that scored points against bad teams. Or the only team to struggle to against top defenses. Isn’t that how top defenses are rated as top defenses.
