The Cowboys are going to bring Von Miller in for a visit.

Looks the like kid will at least get to see the facilities.:

It has to be a little awkward bringing a player that is suing you in for a visit. Will both sides bring their attorneys?

Jerry is gonna have Ryan slap his face and straighten him out.

Nah, Mr. Jones will turn Herr von Miller and send him on a mission against solicitor Smith.

Do you think they'll extend the same invitation to Quinn or should I just officially take that idea out on the rowboat?

These visits are to players from around the DFW area I believe.

Check. Thanks.
I said that and I honestly don't even know where Quinn might have played HS ball. So if he was anywhere near the DFW area they might.

So please excuse the partial information. I didn't think to actually research before I answered.

After reading how that one scout ripped him, not really interested.

I missed that completely. Could you direct me to this?

Do you know how many scouts panned Jerry Rice as too slow and from too small a school to transfer to the NFL game?

Just saying.

It was on 49er rapid reports a week ago. Said he only has one pass rush move (think Spencer) and only makes plays when he is unblocked, also questions his motor. Said he has some Vernon Gholston in him.

Nobody ever questioned Jerry Rice's motor. That was what made him great. If there are questions about a guys work ethic and desire at 9, I'll draft somebody else.

So what's the word? Do you guys think he's the next Gholston?

There are two phases of player visits, those with local ties and those from a national level. I'm not sure if there's a limit on the number of local player visits there can be, but I'm pretty sure there's a limit imposed on players from all over.

Gholston and Miller are totally different players. Gholston never really made any plays but looks like Tarzan. Miller isn't physically imposing but makes plays everywhere.

Maybe they know more than me, but he seemed to make plenty of plays when Costanzo tried to block him. One good game?

(I thought he meant Quinn. Nevermind. Been drinking.)

Yeah, he's from the DFW area. Almost positive he's from Desoto, like Patrick Crayton.
