No kidding Dalton. Maybe you wish to pass that memo to your OC!

Yah, but here's the problem. Last year we didnt have: 1. A great line 2. A great back.

So it sunk us.

Nothing better than a run the ball, deep ball passing attack offense. Just hard to do.

I feel it will be a good run blocking line if Tyler Smith is as strong as he seems. We ran the ball well early last season when Steele was playing right tackle, and we had Connor Williams at left guard then. Of course, health will be a key issue.

And we had Tyron Smith.

Jerry means well and so does Stephen -- they've been taking advanced courses on pro football management for the last 26 years! :muttley:
I do believe it's called the School of Hard Knocks!! Stephen's been skipping classes and Jerry keeps showing up stone cold drunk.
Well ,I am flunking them both !

I hope the OL has improved. Same for the DL. Control the LOS on both sides and you can win a lot of games.

The Eagles have strong lines on both sides of the ball. The Giants added nice pieces to both lines via the draft. Washington has a lot of talent on their DL and need to do the same for the OL. Our division is not going to get easier as the years go by.

Get the OL and DL in order Cowboys. Run the ball and stop the run.
So they are good upfront but lose.. give me another example of why we should

And we had Tyron Smith.

Yep. His health will be important, so maybe he'll be able to hold up for at least most of the season. I don't know if Ball or Waletzko will develop into capable starting tackles, but I sincerely doubt they'll be ready for that any time this season. I know Tyler may be the future at left tackle, but I can't see us being well off, either, with him at LT and McGovern starting at LG. Unless we pick up a swing tackle, we're probably in for some tough games when Tyron is out.

"Complete the deep balls"

Did we trade for Russell Wilson? Oh wait, a "deep ball" is considered 20 yards. We can do that. Lol.

I kid, I kid.
quit it, you know a deep ball is 3 yards short of the line to gain :)

Good answer but easier said than done.........

We have sold our soul to Dak and Zeke.
Bad times we shall weather.
Me worries are that by the time we get a capable QB and RB our defensive stars and CeeDee will be of social security age.

As far as completing deep balls, let's hope Simi is the guy to light the fuse for that occur!
Let us pray; dear Heavenly Father, please help Dak and ____ to "git 'er done!":oops:

You can fill in the blank, friends -- it seems to be anyone's guess who our hero could be!

What does it mean when your TE that is trying to get a big contract says we need to run the ball if we want to have success?
