There was never any there there....... the complainants were bad witnesses.......she jumped in front of his truck and wasn't struck....... she was trying to protect a parking spot at a tailgate and he going 2mph
As for the gun he took it from the front seat and placed it on the back seat as he locked his truck...... they said that was brandishing a weapon..... he apologized for getting into an argument over something so stupid but he did nothing wrong
This is what I heard as well. He was going in the space and she tried blocking him. She basically instigated the contact if there was any. And he never took the gun out of the vehicle. Just moved it to protect it.

As for people convicting him, when you say something to the effect that you screwed up, how do you think people are going to take it? I do like the fact that he shut up about it, just did what he was supposed to and the truth came out in the end.
