Why?

Barr was good last season when he was on the field.

His market value was limited because teams are concerned about his injury history.
- However, he played over 90% of snaps last season in 10 of the 11 games he played.
- His probability of injury should go way down if he plays 50% of snaps.
- He won't play on obvious passing downs unless it's as a pass rusher.
- He'll likely split run down snaps with LVE.

He was my favorite LB in the 2022 NFL draft long before he was a Cowboys draft pick.
