Not lack of development, lack of lateral agility and instincts.

There is this weird thought going around that every player can be developed. Most of the time guys that don't make it as starters lack physical skills or instincts. In this case, it's both.

Damone is the Reggie Robinson of LB's.

None of this we stuff. I always thought he'd bust.

Overshown has the skills to play, unlike Damone. Only question there is whether he can stay on the field.
