I heard an interview with Moore on the radio. The local Dallas stations are at training camp and one had him on for an interview.
He said all the rights things and in a tone that seemed like he was humbled and focused.
He talked about growing up a Cowboys fans.
He said he played on Special Teams with the Giants and some with the Dolphins and Seahawks.
He told a story about the 1st time he lined up as a gunner and the CBs covering him initially didn't respect his speed and he was able to beat them off the line. He said the next time they played him the way they would play a DB and they acknowledged that he was much faster down the field than they expected.
He says Jesse Armstead (Now a coach) was the 1st to suggest that he could play Gunner.
He seemed to enjoy the concept of playing Special Teams.
He said he would play any role the Cowboys required and that he was learning multiple positions on Special Teams.
He reiterated that it's a dream come true to be with the Cowboys.
