Figured we havent had a "should we sign" post in a while. Moore just got cut by Dolphins. Former Texas A&M DE that flashed good pass rushing talent with NYG. But was cut by NYG for "behavioral issues." Maybe a vet min contract to come home to Texas? And hope he can fill a void for the first 4 weeks? Maybe better than relying on a rookie like Tapper. Thoughts?
The guy is a complete moron. He'll hurt you more than help you. Look at the game where he cheap shotted Romo, he also had the block in Romo's back on the interception return. Both of those plays should have resulted in penalties, but for whatever reason the refs somehow missed them. But let's assume for a second that the refs were competent, that would have been 25 yards in penalties, plus the lost yardage on the return. The guy was in the game for maybe 10 snaps. 10 snaps and he managed to do 2 different things to hurt his team. And that was typical with him, he always does something cheap and dumb, even with a limited number of plays per game.
I can't imagine why anyone would want that guy on the team, he's worse than useless. He's actively detrimental.
