Tennessee CB Alontae Taylor

Speed to burn(4.36), athletic but physical as all hell.

Skipped his bowl game to help heal and injury but showed up jacked at his pro day.
Probably a mid round guy to develop but ALL the tools are there , plus he started 31 of 45 games in college, so he's not raw.

I wrote a post about Woolen, who is a higher prospect, but one Quinn would crave: 4.26 speed, with tremendous length.

Penn State's dudes are just mutants. I have no idea how even their lowly-rated guys crush the Combine every single year. Maybe they get some supplements from the wrestling program?
