Dan Reeves?

3) Excellent coach

He may be seen as "old fashion" by some...but he has a proven track record. I also heard Mickey say he is definitely interested.

If we are going to bring in a coach that only has experience with the 4-3,, then I would rather bring in a young coach, Rivera, Lovie Smith, etc..

Why not a Reeves with a DC with 3-4 experience?

Well yeah from a leadership role he might be fine..but where you gonna get a stout DC to get the defense in shape? None of these big name ones are gonna come here and do that right now... they arent looking for that kind of work. So you'd have to take an understudy and try that.

Reeves has 3-4 experience, Atlanta was running it when he was there. Who was his DC, Wade Phillips

Reeves helped out in Houston, coached The West team in teh Shrine game, so its not like he's been TOTALLY out of the game. Personally I like Reeves and would LOVE to see him here, but hey what do I know.

Phillips was Reeves defensive coordinator I believe when he was in Denver as well as Atlanta, they ran the 3-4 defense there in both places I believe
