His splits are good not great and he's inconsistent. I'm more into separation than I am speed but you need two guys who can stretch the field. Between Dez and Williams we have that although great speed is intoxicating. He's fast not blindingly though.

With the draft being seen to be very deep at WR, I'd rather use that pick to draft one - or use a 3rd or 4th, and then use the 5th on someone else.

He has already been in the NFL for 3 years. If he is good in 2014, then you have to give him a contract. They could just give the contract to a free agent.
