10. Patrick Surtain, CB, Bama
Seems to be the consensus pick so we probably won't pick him
44. Jevon Holland, S, Oregon
Ballhawk
75. Marlon Tuipulotu, DT, USC
Little high
99. D'Ante Smith OT, East Carolina
I think they could do better
115. Chauncey Golston, Edge, Iowa
I'll bet they're looking for that cadillac package player to move inside on passing downs

Moses might fall like that due to his play last year where he was not really 100% from his previous years injury.
If he is back healthy he would be a good pick.

The first two picks are very solid. I like Tuipulotu, but he is not going to add any real impact to the DL in 2021. I am intrigued by the combo of Gallimore and Tuipulotu in a couple of years. Is De'Ante Smith really the best they can do at #99?

238. Kene Nwangwu, RB, Iowa State

For obvious reasons, I am huge fan of his. He is Pollard-like with his speed, but is a little too easy to bring down. He could be an excellent return specialist.

Cowboys Picks:

10. Patrick Surtain, CB, Bama OK
44. Jevon Holland, S, Oregon at 44 seems like a reach?
75. Marlon Tuipulotu, DT, USC ok
99. D'Ante Smith OT, East Carolina if you want OT why him?
115. Chauncey Golston, Edge, Iowa meh
138. Dylan Moses, LB, Alabama ok
179. Trevon Grimes, WR, Florida
192. John Bates, TE, Boise State
227. William Sherman, G/C, Colorado
238. Kene Nwangwu, RB, Iowa State

Pitts, Sewell and Slater were all gone by pick 10

can't say I'm loving it but it's ok

I like the first four picks. De Ante Smith is a really good OT prospect.

The most realistic Cowboys mock I have seen. The secondary would be set after this draft. I like it.

I’d take that haul.

Definitely those first six picks. I admit I don’t know much about the rest. But I’d do more at linebacker.

I’ve been mocking Holland a lot but usually in the third.

that would be tremendous value on Moses
Holland is probably the top single high safety prospect. He opted out last season, so let’s hope that helps him to get to 44. Interesting that Dane thinks the Cowboys want to complete their secondary instead of improving the front seven.

I don't hate it but Holland at 44 seems like a reach. I just can't figure him out.

Exactly. I don’t know who was still on the board at that point but I’d be willing to bet wasn’t the best of the remaining guys.

Holland never played single high free safety from what I saw but whatever. Looks like a trash draft to me
