Might be the worst mock I have seen for the Cowboys! Hope this doesn't become reality!
12 - Colton Hood - I expect Dallas to draft an edge rusher in Round 1 (SEE: Pick No. 20 in this mock) but I’d like to see the Cowboys upgrade the secondary, too. Hood would be a plug-and-play starter for them.

20 - Keldric Faulk - Faulk is a tough evaluation. He has great size and is a smooth athlete, but I’d like to see him play with a little more urgency. The upside is tremendous.

Jeremiah is on the hood train I see. That's even higher than I had him though. But I don't see why hood is being overlooked at 20. Well I do know why.....most "experts" haven't put him there

Remember Jeremiah is connected with the NFL scouts. There is always a top 15 player that mock drafts leave out before the combine that pro scouts have rated high. Hood shouldn’t be a surprise. If a true 5 tech falls to 20, you run to the podium.

Agree - what about a trade with New Orleans 8+42+73 for 12+20+112. Something like this. Would Love Bailey or Downs and still be confident we can still get a day 1 starter at 42.

I am confident we could get start on defense in the 4th round. That is how bad our D was.

Faulk is exactly what the Cowboys love in a D Lineman. Long limbed and position flexible. If he blows up the combine teams will overlook his lack of production and likely over draft him.
