1 Chase Young, Edge School: Ohio State | Year: Junior
2 Joe Burrow, QB School: LSU | Year: Senior (RS)
3 Isaiah Simmons, LB/S School: Clemson | Year: Junior (RS)
4 Derrick Brown, DT School: Auburn | Year: Senior
5 Jeff Okudah, CB School: Ohio State | Year: Junior
6 Tua Tagovailoa, QB School: Alabama | Year: Junior
7 Mekhi Becton, OT School: Louisville | Year: Junior
8 Javon Kinlaw, DT School: South Carolina | Year: Senior
9 CeeDee Lamb, WR School: Oklahoma | Year: Junior
10 Jedrick Wills, OT School: Alabama | Year: Junior
11 Jerry Jeudy, WR School: Alabama | Year: Junior
12 Henry Ruggs III, WR School: Alabama | Year: Junior
13 Tristan Wirfs, OT School: Iowa | Year: Junior
14 Justin Jefferson, WR School: LSU | Year: Junior
15 Patrick Queen, LB School: LSU | Year: Junior
16 D'Andre Swift, RB School: Georgia | Year: Junior
17 Andrew Thomas, OT School: Georgia | Year: Junior

Obviously board won't fall exactly this way, but still feel there will be some very good players to choose from at 17. Don't expect Swift to go this high, and Jefferson going top 16 would be great, as long as 1, possibly 2 more QBs.

Still available:
18 Kenneth Murray, LB School: Oklahoma | Year: Junior
19 Ross Blacklock, DT School: TCU | Year: Junior (RS)
20 Justin Herbert, QB School: Oregon | Year: Senior
21 C.J. Henderson, CB School: Florida | Year: Junior
22 Xavier McKinney, S School: Alabama | Year: Junior
23 Jordan Love, QB School: Utah State | Year: Junior (RS)
24 Brandon Aiyuk, WR School: Arizona State | Year: Senior
25 K'Lavon Chaisson, Edge School: LSU | Year: Sophomore (RS)
26 A.J. Epenesa, Edge School: Iowa | Year: Junior
27 Tee Higgins, WR School: Clemson | Year: Junior
28 Austin Jackson, OT School: USC | Year: Junior
29 Jaylon Johnson, CB School: Utah | Year: Junior
30 Yetur Gross-Matos, Edge School: Penn State | Year: Junior

Chaisson will be gone. Henderson probably too.

Most likely to fall, imo, are kinlaw and 1 of the WRs.

Very possible, just means we get a really good WR and I can live with that.

A WR will be on board. Kinlaw might even be on the board..but neither will be our pick..I told you which position we have pigeon holed for this pick..it's cornerback

Trevon Diggs...

Boom or bust pick. I love Diggs as an athlete and has good size. Technique and tackling are huge question marks for me. 17 feels too high for him.

None of the cbs that will be available are worth 17. Unfortunately, that'll be a mistake the FO makes

I don't see them taking a CB if its not Henderson. They have reach for need in the past (Taco, and you can make a case for Frederick who was considered a mid 2nd) but thats not their tendency. None of the CB's after Henderson are worth 17

I went back and looked at the best picks in past draft's,and it's always the most athletic who have the best and longest career's. It's also who can stay healthy.

I'm tempted to just take Andrew Thomas. He has all pro potential and he can be cross trained at guard till he is needed at right or left tackle. Big Mac did say he wants best available player and no defensive player we take at 17 will really be a help till his 2nd or even 3rd season. Andrew Thomas is plug and play day 1.

I think that's the highest I've seen Blacklock rated and probably the lowest I've seen Chaisson.
