Danny Ferguson - Ft. Hood Hero

Noticed in one of the file photos of the victims of the Ft. Hood shooting that Danny Ferguson, one of the deceased, was shown with a Cowboys helmet balloon in what looks like an old Birthday party photo. Apparently, his fiancee indicated that he was trying to keep the shooter from entering a room that had no lock on the door and was killed in the process of saving numerous lives.

It's a damn shame that this Sergeant First Class has obviously survived at least one tour in Afghanistan (that's where he is in that picture) only to be killed by a coward at his home station.
