FWIW, I'm an ex barroom brawler turned bouncer, an ex rugby player, an ex-football player, and I've boxed competitively and helped a friend train for MMA. I'm the son of a soldier, who was a boxer, a hockey player, and a soldier. I think I have fair grounds for reference.
