Danny White speaks the truth here

HOLY MOLY, I was not expecting him to be so old. Havent seen him in ages and I guess thats just not what I was expecting.
Good video.

I like how he mentions to go to the no-huddle more. I see it, he sees it, a lot of others see it yet Garrett is reluctant to do so. :bang2:

Danny White, I really liked you as a player and I'm continuing to appreciate you as a football guy and for your knowledge of the game

That right there is why Danny White is one of my All Time favorite Cowboys players.

There are pluses and minuses tot he no huddle. One minus is that your time of possession goes down and it puts the Defense on the field more where they can wear down. The Bills teams we beat in the Super Bowls ran the no huddle and we wore their defenses out.

I like the urgency we play with in the no huddle, but I like eating the clock and wearing them down every bit as much.

I would also like to see more no huddle offense. It doesn't need to be a hurry up, but just no huddle, Manning did it in Indy and is now doing it in Denver. It can be done.

Great stuff right there. I love hearing our old school players perspective.

I was the biggest Danny White fan, it is a a shame he never won a SB, and he was just a finger tackle away from going to one.

Danny was right on the money, couldnt agree more with everything he said.

Me too. The only jersey I own is an autographed Danny White Jersey.

Danny White is absolutely right. Would also love to see the no huddle offense more.

Actually he DID win a Super Bowl ( just not as a Starting QB ). He won Super Bowl XII. ( Even came in a few plays as QB when Staubach went down )

Danny White rocks. Spot on assessment. I feel old now looking at how much he's aged. There was a time I was about 7 or 8 years running around in my yard with my #11 Jersey on beating up the Commanders fans in the neighborhood. :D

Met DW recently at a signing, one of the most engaging and truly nice guys I have met of the old school cowboys.

He had tough shoes to fill, when he became the starter, seems he will always be partially measured because of that.

Was a very good QB and I think the only one who has ever caught 2 TD passes.
