Danny White Strong Message for Jerry Jones

Henry was waiting for a phone call from Jerry.

And for those saying he wouldn't have had a season like he did with the Ravens, even Henry having 1,200 yards 10-12 TDs and a 4.4-4.7 YPC would have helped us a ton.

They need to start a committee. Jerry needs an intervention at this point.

Troy, Mike, Emmitt, Nate, Deion, Charles, and Jimmy.
If that doesn't work then maybe a meeting with Joe Pesci in a corn field.

Danny White is one of my all-time favorite players. He got robbed of his rightful place in cowboy lore by Montana and Dwight Clark. That said, he was long gone by the time Jerry came along, and I doubt his opinions have any impact at all on the team or its owner.
I can't think of a single person whose opinion would matter enough to have any impact.

Wow, you could've at least posted the article for people to read and not get pop up's/malware...

Daniel White, a former NFL quarterback and punter who played for 13 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, is making waves in the sports world after leaving a strong message for Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. White, known for his exceptional versatility on the field, has sparked controversy with his bold statement, which is causing tensions between him and the team’s leadership.

During his tenure with the Cowboys, White established himself as a unique talent, playing both quarterback and punter, a rare combination that earned him respect among teammates and fans. His 13 seasons with the team saw numerous highs, including playoff appearances and key victories. However, his recent comments have put his relationship with Jerry Jones, a long-time friend and mentor, in the spotlight.

Sources close to White have revealed that the message left for Jones was not just about football but also about the future direction of the team. White expressed concerns about the Cowboys’ recent performance, questioning management decisions and the team’s approach to building a championship-caliber roster. He reportedly urged Jones to make bold moves in the upcoming seasons to avoid falling further behind their rivals in the league.

The statement has fueled speculation about White’s intentions. Some view his remarks as an attempt to shake up the status quo, while others believe he may be trying to ensure the Cowboys remain competitive. Regardless of the motivation, the message has created a stir, with many wondering how Jerry Jones will respond. Will he address White’s concerns publicly, or will this remain a private disagreement?
  1. As the tension between White and Jones continues to grow, fans and analysts alike are eager to see how this situation unfolds and what impact it might have on the Cowboys’ future.
Thank you!!

Jerry doesnt care what the players or fans think, he doesnt care if he drives this thing off the cliff as long as he;s the driver, it doesnt matter to him
I really believe Jerry WANTS to win. But he truly believes, if he doubles down long enough, he can do it HIS way and assume his "rightful" and "due" place on the throne of the NFL.

He...is wrong. He can't do it on his own. If he'd just stow his pride, team up with a real mastermind...he might have.

Here's a strong message for Jerry. Dear Jerry, your OLine and DLine both suck. They're not talented and definitely not physical enough. For perspective, on the day our lead RB hit 1,000 yds, Philadelphia's lead RB hit 2,000. Embarrassing.
The fact they Rico and the Cowboys are celebrating Rico's 1000 yards annoys the crud out of me. Not only did Barkley surpass 2000 the same day against the Cowboys, but they were humiliated and embarrassed in the process. This is a sure sign of mediocrity. These losers are putting personal accomplishments above winning games. I personally hate that. At least put up a decent effort.

In 16 games 1000 yards is 62 yards per game! Are we really bragging about that?

As I have said before, I think Jerry is declining mentally. I am not a doctor, and I have not had any personal interactions with the man. But based on his long winded, convoluted answers to some questions from reporters I do think he is not the same as he was 10 years ago. I believe this will make him even more stubborn, as many aging people with various mental issues usually fight to prove they are not losing it - until it becomes clear even to them. I believe Jerry thinks he is doing the right things. I believe he thinks the problems lie elsewhere. He will blame injuries, rookies started on the OL, and other outside things, but he will not look at what HE did with the same critical eye.

The offseason is approaching and it will tell us everything. Jerry has already signaled that he does not intend to spend a lot of money on players because he claims the CAP restricts him. We'll see if this embarrassing season changes his mind.

Let me be clear, injuries have hurt the Cowboys. Andrew Booth had to play yesterday but Diggs, Carson, Butler, and Oruwariye are all injured. The Eagles picked on Booth all day and it was easy pickings given how slow he is.

I think not having Overshown hurt them too. His aggressiveness, and speed to the ball may have cut Barkley off on some of those runs.

Not having Lamb really hurt too.

But, let's be honest, we are light on skill position talent because Jerry did nothing in the off-season to acquire more talent. We have Lamb and Cooks, but Cooks is not a real WR2. We have Rico who is at best a backup RB. The DL is terrible, and the OL is inconsistent at best. These are problems Jerry created but will not take responsibility for them.

Danny White is surely one of many of those who find Jerry Jones' management ways impossible to bear. Anyone who is truly a fan of the team likely feels Jerry's management skills are pathetic. Much the same might easily be said for Stephen. Hope for their team is at an all-time low. It's just a sad scenario for fans who long to see the Cowboys' team prosper in the years to come. The team's cursed future is painfully fading away.

Today was a painful reminder that we and Philly went the same distance last year and one franchise decided it was not good enough and the roster was not good enough and the other franchise thought they were good enough and let talent run out the door only to replace them with cheaper draft picks.

You failed Jerry.
Perfectly said. Nailed it
