like I said after reading the Wilbon piece...this is their attempt to pre-occupy us with them, to distract us from the teams that are still playing. Why would we get distracted with losers? We were so nervous we were in Cancun getting drunk! They are the most pathetic franchise in the NFL. You would think they have never won before with the way they behave. They WISH we were on their minds as much as WE are on THEIR minds. But that would not be humanly possible!

He just said this at the Gibbs retirement pc.

Hey Danny, people in Dallas cheered because they hate Washington, not because they were afraid of them.

The transcript ....

Snyder:

"Today is a sad day for all Commanders fans and myself. But it's a glorious day for the Dallas Cowboys because we're here to say good-bye to Joe Gibbs. He has announced his retirement from football and from playing against the Dallas Cowboys.

"Joe began coaching against the Cowboys back in the 1980s and had much success. He retired for awhile and I, of course, talked him into coming back and coaching against the Cowboys some more. We've always beaten the Cowboys and Joe was a big part of that.

"The Cowboys have helped build the legacy of Joe Gibbs, much like Jerry Jones' failures have helped elevate myself to become a top owner. When you're No. 1, it's only natural that the competition will try to copy you and out-do you. As they say down in Texas, "pardon our dust," Cowboys. Or should I say, "eat my dust." Heh heh.

"It's true that no Cowboys coach has ever owned a winning NASCAR team like Joe has. Two of their former quarterbacks have joined together to try to copy Joe's NASCAR success, but it will not happen. The Cowboys have run out of gas and oil. heh heh.

"If this was the old west, Joe would be our medicine man and our chief, the leader of a band of Commanders who are attacking the slow, dim-witted cowboys who are moseing along on their dumb horses looking for a watering hole. He would have us strike with precise fury in an ambush, the same way we blitz them on the football field.

"So, with that, Joe, we reluctantly let you go. May the great Commander spirit guide your journey as you look for more Cowboys to scalp. You've made us all feel a little taller."

You weren't embarrassed by the comment? I guess my standards are higher (we had tee-shirts printed out for making the playoffs) And for our front office situation...he said "if it aint broke don't fix it."

I am just disgusted by our owner and fear what is in store for us.

Ask the Commanders if they thought they would have had a better chance against a healthy Cowboys team that actually had something to play for. Ask them who TO is and why he dropped 4 TDs and 173 yards on them.

The Cowboys let them win because they wanted to embarrass them in the playoffs. To bad they couldn't even get past the Seahawk to experience real embarrassment.

Shame shame.

Im LOL right now because this is all you have right now. Think about it.

You LOST to SEATTLE

You LOSE your HC

Your owner is the worlds biggest idiot

Your team is in the biggest flux right now

and here you are......

My advice...

Rule #1

Those teams fans who are not in the playoffs (this would be YOU) should not go make themselves the fool at other teams fan (this would be us here on CBZ) boards who are STILL in the playoffs.

Just sayin.

The only people more disappointed by this than skins fans are the fans of all the other 31 teams. Gibbs was a has been joke of a head coachthis time around. That team was mediocre during his entire 2nd tenure and they currently have no serious prospects to improve. I think he's bailing due to their cap situation just like he bailed the first time just as free agency and the salary cap was approved. I think he's a coward who sees no chance to overtake Dallas and NY within the division so he might as well quit after beating a Dallas team in pre-season mode. Its a shame he won't continue to be their coach because now they at least have the chance to improve.

Smart man for a Commander fan.

Shirts?

:lmao:

For making the playoffs because of a run that consisted of:

*The Grossman/Orton led Bears.

*The Giants in a game where Eli was a bad as I've ever seen him.

*The T. Jackson led Vikings.

*The Cowboys who couldn't have cared less.

And really, the only reason you guys won those was because Campbell went down with an injury. Once he's back next year... if you are dumb enough to hand him the keys to the team again... you'll be right back at 5-11.

As much as I want to agree, the New York Knicks owner James Dolan is giving him some fierce competition right now.

Serious question...

How much glue do you sniff on average per day?

Does the consumption of paste in place of sniffing the glue count?
