Jerry Jones said on NFL Network that he enjoys a challenge and there's never been a head coach who won a Super Bowl with 2 different teams. He also questioned Garrett's head coaching experience.

Man who is he to question Garretts head coaching experience! Garrett has been a head coach for 6 games that is a lifetime!

Mooch says JG is the coach....Deion says "I know Jerry, He is going big...." talking about bringing in a name. But, Deion is just saying that it's just a gut feeling.

I think he's just saying that to keep people guessing. Sly like a fox.

You must've missed the Jones interview.

If deion said it and I am sure moron faulk probably bagged on the guy too.

then you can count on him being hired.

Deion is only good for one thing, being wrong.

If jerry hires gruden or even fisher at this point over garrett I am going to be very disgruntled.

I think Jerry is leaning towards hiring a big name but if they finish 2-0, it will change his mind. A win against the Eagles on the road would be huge

I dont know, sounds like Jerry has other plans other than garrett. Even Deion says he knows Jerry and he thinks he goes big.

Jerry made a case for Jason and a big hire. He didn't give away anything.

I mentioned this in the game thread. It doesn't necessarily sound like Jerry is leaning towards Garrett for some odd reason. Looks like he still wants the big name coach.

I missed a bit of the interview, but I did hear him say that no super bowl winning coach has ever won a super bowl with another team. He also said Garrett had exceeded his expectations. Further, he commented that Jason has great organizational skills, pays attention to the smallest details, and is a great motivator.

I'm betting Garrett is named head coach as soon as Jerry can satisfy the league's Rooney Rule requirements.

May be JJ told JG "There I gave you a chance to show what you can do and restore your reputation so teams will come back asking for you to be their HC.As for me I am going big name.."

x2:mad::mad:

Jerry is sure to find someway to screw it all up.

Then watch Jason lead another team to the Super Bowl.

Don't forget:
New Orleans, super Bowl champs, former Cowboy coach
Kansas City, biggest turnaround, former Cowboy coach

Jason probably said something that hurt poor Jerry's ego...something like "Back me up on this, Jerry!"

I took it as nobody else has done it and we aren't going to try.
