DaRon Bland getting ready for Year 4

Could be, we don't know.

When a player has a year like Bland, I like to see proof that it's legit. I'm not saying he has to repeat that record. He just has to show that it was no fluke.

In 1981, Walls had 11 INT's. He followed that up the next season with 7.

I'm not saying that Bland can't resume something close to his prior performance, I'm just saying that the circumstances last season prevented him from doing so and that means we really don't know.

I would like to see a little more before considering his next contract.

Great point. I feel we must add two legit dbs in this draft. We have many concerns there with Diggs health.

...he had one good year, then went back to avg.

Do the math. Gotta have good 25'. If I'm Jerry, I'm watching closely.

Didn’t he have a good rookie year before the record breaking year?
Yes, from the moment he was told 30 minutes before a game he would be starting at nickel for the first time in his life and came up with a game-sealing INT in the waning moments.

But I need to see more. Maybe we can trade him for Joe Milton. I saw that guy throw a ball 70 yards in a tee shirt on a field full of dudebros.
