I don't like the part of the scouting report that says he's weak against the run.

"Those experts that might question his ability to stuff the run need to digest this fact -- in 101 running plays, the opponents have gained only 33 yards and one first down against him."


He may be able to play the run fairly well.

It takes a keen eye to recognize that 11.5 sacks and 25 TFL over 4 seasons isn't very good? That's normally a single season production for a 1st or 2nd round talent DE.

But, hey, whatever. I don't mean to prevent anyone from homering out over an undrafted player. So, go right ahead.

As long as they continue to make the roster, and to start for us and make a pro bowl every now and then, I'd say it's ok to homer-out on the odd UDFA.

Even though we have a very talented roster, I still think 1 - 2 of the UDFAs will make the roster.
