The NFL needs to clean this garbage up. The Seattle/Pgh Superbowl was ridiculous. This game was officiated even worse. Was that Ed Hockoli out there?

We have been blatantly screwed by the refs several times. I feel bad for San Diego. We know what it's like.

Thats a big reason i think if we win tommorow it will be by 8 because i think a lot will put money on philly with a 7 point spread.hopefully we win by 40,lol.People dont wanna believe that their favorite sport is tainted some until u see stuff like that today.The nba has been like that at times for a while.

this is one of the reasons I hate instant replay...you have the thing to MAKE SURE you get calls right, and still get them wrong.

On top of Hochuli blowing it by originally calling it an incomplete pass and saying he blew the whistle, he also blew the fact that it wasnt a forward pass and should have been a live ball anyway...if it was a pass (as he ruled initially) it was a backwards pass

that said, Ted Cottrell is just a train wreck this yr...and he was forced on Norv by AJ Smith

Thanks man... I hope that's not the case though. I've lost all respect for the Patriots and their cheating fiasco last yr. I couldn't stomach watching their game this afternoon and if something like that happened with the refs, I don't see me watching football that much anymore.

Yeah that wouldn't be cool at all, the suspect calls we got last we had me up in arms. Something needs to be done about these refs, do they have some sort of punish system in place? I think that was Ed H.... that made that call and he's "one of the best" the NFL have.

Everybody gets screwed sometimes, even refs are human. you just can hope that it happens to you in a game that doesn't bring a final decision on your season

Refs are human, but replay should help negate that, especially with an OBVIOUS call. In this case, it most definitely changed the outcome of the game.

Unfortunately the replay rules don't allow for a complete reversal of the refs screw up.
