Darren Sproles set to retire after next season

Don't know if anyone saw this, but next season is his last. He signed a two-year deal this year with the plan to retire an Eagle. I'm a bit sad, as he is one my favorite non-Cowboys. Size of a mouse, heart of a lion. I'm not sad to know he won't be lining up against us anymore though. Everytime he gets the ball you never know what could happen.

He has played 10 games against Dallas. He has totaled 830 yards(rushing, receiving and return yards) and 3 touchdowns. Compare that to Felix Jones who in 8 games against Philly totaled 769 yards and had 4 TDs.

He has never been a team's primary runner. He set a career high this year with 94 rushing attempts. He had 93 rushes in 2009 with San Diego and faced the Cowboys that season as well.

His big success against Dallas came when he was a Saint. He has just been okay as an Eagle. Felix wasn't the primary runner, either when he faced the Eagles.
