Dat Ngygen Restaurant?

I saw a vietnamese restaurant while visitng my uncle in FL that was named -"Pho Vietnamese Restaurant" then at the bottom of the sign it said in small letters "A Dat Ngygen Restaurant". I was just wonderring if any knows if he owns restaurants or if he sponsors them? I aslo know that Ngygen is a common Vietnamese last name, so dont rub that in lol.

His family has one or two in Rockport,Texas,where He's from.It's called Hu Dat. I think his family has one here in Corpus Christi called Da Noodle House.
